What we stand for

DWS was built upon the values of Integrity, Honesty and Transparency back in 1991, and they underpin everything we do to this day.

A business and management consultancy with heart

Our Workplace Giving Scheme enables our employees to donate to Australian charities such as Beyond Blue and Kids with Cancer via salary deductions, which are matched by the company.

Commitment to Quality

The DWS Group maintains its own Quality Management System, “Spinnaker One”, and our Head Office is certified under ISO 9001:2015. Spinnaker One ensures that we utilise proven and repeatable processes, templates, policies and procedures to ensure we provide the highest quality of service to our customers. The system is audited regularly to ensure it stays relevant and adapts to change.

Part of the iconic HCL group of companies (visit hcl.com), HCLTech was listed as an independent company at the turn of the millennium following our IPO in December 1999. Since our inception, we’ve lived up to our parent group’s heritage, going on to pioneer several industry mainstays, niche markets and establishing leadership status in all our priority segments.

As a company we are deeply focused on accelerating our ESG agenda.  From making our organisation more sustainable to creating technology-enabled sustainable solutions with and for our clients and partners, to purposefully contributing to the communities that we operate in, we embed ESG imperatives into every aspect of our business and ensure that the progress we supercharge is responsible, inclusive and beneficial to all our stakeholders in the long-term. We have committed to achieving net-zero carbon by 2040, 10 years ahead of the Paris Agreement.

We recognise the impact that a business like ours can deliver in elevating communities globally, and we continue to improve our efforts to take decisive actions that benefit people and planet. Through the HCL Foundation we have invested more than $100 million to-date in social development efforts serving communities throughout India across education, health, water, sanitation and hygiene, skill development and livelihoods, environment and disaster risk reduction, response and management.

We’re powered by our people – a global, diverse, multi-generational family representing 167 nationalities whose unique perspectives and boundless passion drive our culture of proactive value creation and problem-solving.
