Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is simple and transparent. After you apply, we review your experience and arrange a chat to learn more about your skills and career goals. Depending on the role, you may complete a short technical exercise and meet with one of our consultants or a client.

From there, we complete reference and background checks then, if it’s a great fit, we’ll extend an offer and welcome you to the DWS team.
