Your resume, skills and past experience will be reviewed and compared to the role you have applied for, as well as any other opportunities we may have for you.


STEP 2:  Tell us about yourself

Our Recruitment Team will meet with you to discuss what you are looking for and answer any questions you have. Depending on the role, you may be asked to undertake an exercise to show us your technical capability.


STEP 3:  Meet with one of your potential colleagues

One of our experienced DWS Consultants with a similar background to you may be in touch to discuss more detail around skills, expertise, and experience in your field.


STEP 4:  Reference checks

You will be asked to provide two references from employers, and complete a background check.


STEP 5:  Offer
